This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Human Resource Information System (HRIS) solution to modernize HR operations through modular services including recruitment-application tracking, onboarding-offboarding, employee data management, performance management, learning management and succession planning as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”). In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding.
As of March 24th 2025 the Town of Newmarket has adopted a prefer Canadian Supplier policy.
Proponents are encouraged to review Part 1 of the Bid Document.
Further Proponents are advised to carefully review the instructions for this RFP. As the Owner is evaluating each module separately the Tables in the Online Bidding System are not mandatory. Each Proponent should ensure that their submission is complete upon submission. |
