This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Owner of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for consulting services to provide a comprehensive five year update of the Town of Newmarket's Community Energy Plan as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”). In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding. 

NOTE: In accordance with legislated requirements the successful proponents name and Subtotal Contract Amount will be publicized on the Owner’s Bid Opportunities portal following the issuance of the Notice of Award to the successful proponent.
