The Owner is seeking the services of a Consultant for the development of a native mobile application. 

The Owner is seeking a Consultant to assist the Owner in developing and launching a native mobile app. It should reflect the Owner’s brand identity, community culture and provide a great user experience for residents, businesses, and interested parties and partners on the municipal services and programs the Owner offers. This service-based app will be another opportunity for residents to interact with the Owner in addition to other communications channels currently present.
