This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by The Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements for an innovative and efficient Work Management Solution. Respondents are asked to respond to the Owner and provide the information requested herein. The Owner may or may not release one or more future RFPs to secure competitive contracts for a Work Management solution(s) The Owner may also consider its own existing solutions and not pursue the issuance of any future RFPs . 

The Town requests that interested parties upload a consolidated response for the below six (6) items to  “Step 1 Documents” section of the Town’s Bidding System (See the “Submission Instructions” section for a link to the Town’s Bidding System). The respondent’s response should include the following:

(1)  Description of the solution and it’s functionality;

(2)  Discussion around any challenges as to the Town’s Key Business Requirements

(3)  Pricing Models –  per user pricing is preferred however all other pricing models, where applicable should be provided as well;

(4)  Availability for a software demonstration – please provide availability for January 2022.

(5)  Proponents can provide any additional information which they think is relevant to the RFI or necessary to assist the Town in its future planning for a Work Management Solution

(6)  Proponents should also indicate if they would be interested in participating in a formal procurement process by way of the Town’s Bidding System
