Description:  This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective Respondents to submit proposals for the  removal and disposal of top 100mm minimum depth of soil from areas with sod issues, replacement of 100mm depth of soil and sodding, conversion of one (1) sodded swale into rain garden, replacement of missing overflow drain caps at Forest Glen Road, as  further described in Part IV of the RFP.
