| Description: |
The Town requires the services of an experienced and qualified generator maintenance service provider to perform Inspection Services and Repair Services as required (emergency and non-emergency). The Contractor will be responsible for providing service for the Town of Newmarket’s (the “Owner”) generator equipment located at various facilities, as specified in Section 4.9: Generator Information, in a cost effective, operational satisfactorily and environmentally safe manner, in order to: • maintain proper and continued function; • maintain optimum performance and operating efficiency ; and • prolong the functional life as projected by the original manufacturers for all emergency generator systems that are included in the Contract. The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials and equipment required to complete all assigned work. The Contractor shall be able to start all non-emergency projects within the time frame stated in their Proposal upon notification by the Town. |
