This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner”) is seeking the services of prospective proponents to submit a proposal for the provision of consulting services to develop a Trail Design, Operations and Maintenance Guidelines Manual that will formalize standards, classifications, and best practices for the planning, construction, maintenance, and operation of Newmarket’s trail system, with a focus on safety, accessibility, sustainability, and long-term durability, as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”). In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding. As of March 24th, 2025 the Town of Newmarket has adopted a prefer Canadian Supplier policy. |
