The Town of Newmarket (the “Town”) requires the supply, installation, and commissioning of Bulk Water Fill Station Management Systems at existing municipal locations. The Work shall include all labour, materials, equipment, and services necessary to provide a complete and fully operational system. The work is to replace the Town’s existing bulk water system with a modern, integrated solution incorporating automated dispensing, electronic payment processing, monitoring, and reporting functionality. The system shall be delivered complete and ready for continuous operation in an outdoor municipal environment.
