This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective Respondents to submit proposals one (1) three quarter tonne pick-up truck for Central York Fire Services & Two (2) three quarter tonne pick-up trucks for the Town of Newmarket as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”). In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding.
As of March 24th 2025, and in accordance with section 2.7.3, this procurement may prefer Canadian suppliers for procurements not expected to exceed CETA threshold limits of $353,300.00 for goods and services and $8,800,000.00 for constructions.
NOTE: In accordance with legislated requirements the successful respondent’s name and Subtotal Contract Amount will be publicized on the Owner’s Bid Opportunities portal following the issuance of the Notice of Award to the successful respondent. |
