Description: 

To provide all materials, labour, and equipment for the replacement of the flat roof at the Elman W. Campbell Museum. Work includes the removal of existing built-up roof system and the installation of a 2-ply modified bitumen roof system with accessories including tapered insulation and flashing.   Work also includes repairs to the masonry chimney.  Contractors must be a member of OIRCA (Ontario Industrial Roofing Contractors Association) in good standing.
