The selected Consultant will develop a dismantling anti-Black racism (DABR) implementation plan based on the 114 recommendations in the Newmarket DABR Task Force Final Report, and following discussions with Town Staff and the Dismantling Anti-Black Racism Task Force.  The plan will outline multi-year actions and will highlight where budget may be required.  Recommendations on Key Performance Indicators should form part of the plan.
