The Owner requires the services of a Contractor to supply and deliver, and provide training as described in Section 30, one (1) Articulating Tractor with 4 wheel drive, equal or equivalent to a Trackless MT7, with an option to purchase one (1) more additional Articulating Tractor. This vehicle is to be utilized by the Town of Newmarket’s Public Works Services Department with duties as described in Section 28.

The tractor is to be delivered to the Facilities Division at 1275 Maple Hill Court, Newmarket, Ontario. 

All equipment proposed shall be new and of the manufacturer’s current production model and is to be sold, prepared, delivered to the Owner and serviced by an authorized dealer or manufacturer.  It is the intent of these specifications to set forth the minimum acceptable requirements for the equipment described herein.
