This Request for Standing Offers (the “RFP-STANDING OFFER”) is issued by The Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner” or the “Town”) for the purpose of establishing standing offers for measuring, supply and delivery of staff uniforms, on a when and as needed basis as further described in Appendix D (the “Deliverables”). The Town intends on awarding up to the two top ranked suppliers. The Town will obtain the deliverables from the top scoring supplier first, and will secure the deliverables with the second ranked top supplier when the top ranked supplier cannot supply the deliverables. This is a Limited Standing Offer only available to the Recreation and Culture Department. |
