This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for real estate brokerage services to acquire and dispose of land and interests in land, including easements and leasehold interests, and to provide professional real estate advice to the Town on real estate related matters as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”). |
