Description: 

To provide all materials, labour, and equipment to install an interior sub-drainage system in the basement of the Newmarket Community Centre.  Work shall include a new sump pump and external discharge to a storm sewer on the east side.  A mandatory site visit will be held on May 7, 2024, at the Newmarket Community Centre located at 200,Doug Duncan Drive and will commence at 10.30 AM Local time, whether or not all interested parties are in attendance.

Late attendees will be disqualified.
