The Town of Newmarket (the Owner) requires the services from a reputable, experienced and responsible Contractor for the replacement of the flat roof including new flashings at the Newmarket Public Library at 438 Park Avenue in Newmarket. Work shall include all labour, materials and equipment required to complete the work.
