This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Supply & Delivery of One (1) Large/Mid Size SUV for Central York Fire Services (CYFS)as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”). In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding.
As of March 24th 2025 the Town of Newmarket has adopted a prefer Canadian Supplier policy.
FEBRUARY 3, 2026 - NOTICE TO ALL PROPONENTS - The Town is currently experiencing technical issues with registration to active procurements. The Town is investigating and hopes to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Submission deadlines may be extended if the issues persist. Information will be provided as it becomes available.
