The Contractor is required to provide a designated Supervisor with truck, plow and salter, 5 single axle combination units and all labour for five (5) designated routes/areas to carry out various winter maintenance activities (i.e. snow plowing and salting/ operations, cul-de-sac, wide elbow and dead end clearing) on designated municipal roads as assigned. The Contractor will perform assigned activities efficiently and in line with the Town’s Core Values, maintaining levels of service determined by the Owner. |
