The Town of Newmarket (the Owner) requires the services of a Consultant to provide Occupational and Industrial Hygiene Services as required under Ontario’s Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA) and applicable regulations in complying with applicable legislation including OHSA (Occupational Health and Safety Act) and Regulations 278/05 (Asbestos) and 490/09 (Designated Substances).

The Town owns approximately 40 facilities, all varying in size and use
