This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with the provisions described in the Evaluation and Selection section of this RFP (Part 2) for future eligibility to provide Construction Services for interior renovations at Fire Station 4-1 (CYFS) further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

There will be two stages to this process as follows:

Phase I – A non-binding request for proposal to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with the provisions described in the Evaluation and Selection section of this RFP (Part 2) for eligibility to participate in a future non-binding invitational second stage competitive procurement process to provide the Deliverables for the construction project as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

Phase II – A future non-binding invitational second stage competitive procurement process to be issued to all selected respondents from Phase I, for the eligibility to provide the Deliverables, if selected based on the evaluation process for Phase II. Only one (1) successful respondent will be selected at the conclusion of Phase II. 

For clarity, RFP-2025-063 represents Phase I of this two stage process.
