The Town of Newmarket (the Owner) is seeking a Contractor to provide emergency sewer lateral blockage services on an as needed basis. The Contractor shall provide emergency response twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days a week, including all statutory holidays. Contractor are required to respond within two (2) hours. There are 4 items to this contract: - Item 1: Clearing of Sewer Lateral Blockages o Opening the blockage with a drain clearing snake or – other alternate methods that requires Town of Newmarket approval. Water jetting can be made available as an alternative method upon Town of Newmarket approval. Item 2: CCTV Inspection and Reporting; CCTV inspection of the entire lateral; Item 3: Locate Sewer Laterals o Providing surface locations of sewer laterals as required when deficiencies are required Item 4: Plumbing Repairs and Provision of plumbing services on an as needed basis |
