This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Town”) to prospective proponents to submit proposal(s) for the goods and/or services detailed in the Scopes of Work in Part II of this RFP. Proposals may be submitted for any or all of the four (4) separate Scopes of Work described in Part II. In accordance with the evaluation described in Part III proponents may be awarded one or more Scopes of Work.

The four (4) separate Scopes of Work are as follows:

1. a fully-hosted online voting platform
2. ballot on demand and optical scan vote tabulators
3. voters’ list management tool; and
4. candidates’ portal

Additionally, as per Section 4.6, this RFP is non-binding.

Note: In compliance with legislative requirements, the name of the successful proponent(s) and the Subtotal Contract Amount(s) for each award Scope of Work (if applicable) will be published on the Town’s Bid Opportunities portal after the Notice of Award is issued to the successful proponent(s)
