This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective Respondents to submit proposals for supply and installation of 56m of 450mm diameter concrete trunk sanitary sewer at #56 Charles Street and 84m of 525mm diameter concrete trunk sanitary sewer on Penn Avenue as further described in the RFP.
