This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Owner of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for water, wastewater, storm sewer and road resurfacing upgrades for the Downtown Newmarket Revitalization as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”). In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding.
FEBRUARY 2, 2026 - NOTICE TO ALL PROPONENTS - The Town is currently experiencing technical issues with registration to active procurements. The Town is investigating and hopes to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Submission deadlines may be extended if the issues persist. Information will be provided as it becomes available.
