All materials, labour, and equipment to reinforce the Ground and Second floors. Work shall include the removal of the ceilings on the underside, installation of temporary shoring, reinforcing of the wood joists, reinstatement of the ceilings, and replacement of the floor finishes on the 1st floor. The Town requires the work to be completed between July and September 2023. A Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled at the Old Town Hall Newmarket located at 460 Botsford Street, Newmarket on May 30, 2023 at 10.00 AM local time. No prior registration is required.
