The Town of Newmarket (the Town) has identified a security issue due to insufficient lighting in the parking lot at the
Municipal Office located at 395 Mulock Drive, Newmarket, ON, L3Y 4Y9.The Town requires qualified and responsible Contractor to replace the existing 400 Watt high pressure sodium heads with LED heads of 400 watt equivalent or more with the objective of gaining more light spread on our parking lot. On one (1) pole the Contractor will be required to replace one (1) current single head light with a double head light to allow for light to shine in both directions.
