This Request for Standing Offers (the “RFP-STANDING OFFER”) is issued by The Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner” or the “Town”) for the purpose of establishing standing offers for Multi-Year Supply and Delivery of Ice Resurfacing Equipment, Related Attachments, EV Charging Systems and Support Services, on a when and as needed basis as further described in Appendix D (the “Deliverables”). In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding and as of March 24th 2025 the Town of Newmarket has adopted a prefer Canadian Supplier policy. The Town intends on awarding one (1) vendor. This Standing Offer is available to all Town of Newmarket Departments, Newmarket Library and Central York Fire Services. The Town is seeking a catalogue of prices and options, Proponents should include as much information about their product lines in their submission. |
