This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Owner of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Building Automation systems. The Town currently has various types of systems in place delivering these services and requires a company that is familiar with all brands and types of equipment to assist in the servicing of said equipment. The Town currently utilizes Jace, Schnider, Andover, Automated Logic and Metasys
