This Request for Roster Candidates (the “RFRC”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective Respondents to qualify in accordance with the evaluation of responses in Part II for eligibility to provide Consulting Services related to the inspection, maintenance, rehabilitation and replacement of the Town’s Bridges and Culverts as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”). In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding. This RFP is intended to result in a “Roster” of qualified and responsible respondents.
