The Town of Newmarket is interested in receiving proposal submissions from responsible Proponents to qualify as roster candidates for Professional Engineering Consulting Services for the Town of Newmarket’s municipal Infrastructure projects, for the term of the contract, which will include but are not limited to; project planning, detailed engineering design, construction administration and inspection services and post construction services (until end of Warranty Period) of capital projects. These capital projects include new infrastructure and/or the replacement/upgrading/rehabilitation of existing infrastructure including but not limited to; watermains, sewers, sewer and watermain relining, roadways, sidewalks, intersections, boulevards, stormwater management facilities, Low Impact Development facilities, bridges, culverts, retaining walls, streetlighting, traffic mitigation, watercourse improvements and complete roadway reconstruction.
