The successful proponent will perform a full, systematic inspection of approximately 350 km of Town of Newmarket owned sidewalks and Muti-Use Paths, collectively known herein as “sidewalks”, located within the Town of Newmarket and the Region of York right-of-ways, and sidewalks that join Town of Newmarket right-of-ways (eg: subdivision shortcuts). As of March 24th, 2025 the Town of Newmarket has adopted a prefer Canadian Supplier policy. |
