This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner”) is seeking Professional Paramedic Services at Community events.Services include but are not limited to:

  • On-site paramedical support for minor injuries and medical emergencies.
  • Coordination with local EMS for critical cases.
  • All equipment as required
  • Staffing: A minimum of 2 paramedics per event, with additional staff as reviewed with the successful proponent, on a per event basis. 

As of March 24th, 2025 the Town of Newmarket has adopted a prefer Canadian Supplier policy.
