This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Owner of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for fuel system upgrades at two (2) pumping stations located within the Town, as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”). 

In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding.
