This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Owner of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals to review the Town’s Sports Field lighting infrastructure and prepare a feasibility report detailing repair and/or replacement costs and suggestions for repairs and or replacement/upgrades (LED/Solar) for Sports Field lighting and timeline (report) for findings, as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”). In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding. |
