This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to invited, selected prequalified respondents to submit proposals for the for the Audio Video Replacement at the Newmarket Community Centre (NCC) as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”). In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding. Following the conclusion of RFP-2024-151 - Prequalified Candidate List for Audio Video Replacement, the following selected respondents in alphabetical order are invited to participate in this process (Phase II) and to submit a bid for the work described in Part IV:
